I’m an award-winning reporter and recent graduate of the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication and the Robert D. Clark Honors College. Since wrapping my role as Business Reporting Intern at The Seattle Times this summer, I’ve been freelancing in the Seattle area.

I specialize in business and food reporting, but I was raised on profiles and features. My appetite for journalism started in high school, where I wrote for and edited the school paper and helped found a podcast club. Since then, I’ve contributed to various publications at the University of Oregon, interned for the Charles Snowden Excellence in Journalism program at the Salem Reporter and contributed to Eugene Weekly and The East Oregonian through the Catalyst Journalism Project.

When I’m not writing, I’m probably cooking or eating.
